Letter from College instead of university for ILR Dependent

Hi,

I need help from you guys for submitting English language evidence for ILR dependent.

My wife is a master degree holder and both bachelor degree (if i select entry application date before 2009) and master degree are listed in point based calculator. Do you think this is enough to prove english language requirement?

I also tried to get the letter from her bachelor degree university but it doesn't seems to be straight-forward. However I should be able to get it from the college, is it ok if I submit the letter from college instead of university?

If your wifes qualification was found in points based calculator, then that should be enough.

I think we can show anyone of the following as 10 points awarded if I choose any:

only Bachelor or
only Master or
Bachelor and Master degree
