Hi Friends,
I have a approval from HSMP team. I am in a process of applying for EC.
One main concern i have is regarding the Funds required in Bank. Ijust have 2 lakhs in my Bank and as it is known one needs around 4 lakhs as an confirtable amount to proove that you can survive on yor own.
My question is can i take a Personal loan and show that i have enogh money to survive in UK. Obviously i will be letting the BHC know that i have taken the loan.
People who have gone by the same route can help others in their careers :D !!!

I just got my HSMP approval yesterday. Planning to apply for the EC in 1-2 months.

Just a few questions:
Would my spouse need to apply for the dependent visa?
Does the dependent visa has the same rights (eg. full time work, etc) as the primary HSMP visa holder?
Would Rs 7 lakhs cash be sufficient as funds for both of us?
Would a personal loan for the entire amount be advisable?

Any advise appreciated.

Cheers.

Dear All :)
I recently cleared my HSMP and planning to file for EC. I am filing my VAF1 application alongwith my wife and 2 kids sepertely. I want to know that;

1) My wife is depositing her savings (from her own job)into my account, what certificates or letters required to show that these funds are legitimate? I am attaching her job experience letter, salary certificate and one undertaking from her mentioning that she is depositing so and so amount in my account at her own will.

2) Do i need to attach all of these letters along with application or should I wait if he call me up for interview, then I show these documents?

I will really appreciate if someone clear these issues.

As I have not got the decision on my EC application as yet, I cant tell you if it will work. People however, say that the amount should be sitting in your account for long ... and a recent transaction is not seen positively by the caseworker...
Dear Push_hsmp!

Can you share your format for gift deed and letter from your parents. I am in the same situation as yours. you can email me at jassafrass@gmail.com

I got my initial approval last week, now preparing for EC.

Hi
Has anyone applied for EC from Bangalore recently? What are the documents required for IntegraScreen.

I have been working for the same company for 3 years now. Previous to that I was in another company for 6 years, however I have not got the relieving letter from previous company. Am wondering if previous company docs will be required.

Thanks

employer's details only for the last 1 year
if you have been with only 1 employer then just mention 1, leave the other blank.

the form itself has the requirements and also if you look around in the threads.

anyways you l need
photocopies of:

last degree cert
transcript/marksheet
last 2 payslips
offer/relieving letter

since you been with only one employer you can just give joining and appraisal letters.

Have you received any response yet? VFS will be closed for couple of days from 28th September. There was an article in the news paper sometime back. I have also applied from Hyd on 12th September but have not received any response yet.

Anyone has received his EC and had applied from Hyd in September 07?

Thanks

Got Visa

Post by flytouknida » Thu Oct 04, 2007 7:27 am

HI All,

Finally I got two years visa. Thanks for info in this site.

My time lines

Applied on : 06-09-2007
Reached to Chennai ambassy : 08-09-2007
Recieved SMS delivered : 28-09-2007
Recieved Courier : 29-09-2007.

I didn't like SMS service. Always same junk message and deducting nearly 10 rupees. Its horrible. Previously it was there in thier VFS site.

Any how I got Visa...enjoying... Planning to leave to UK this month end

Thanks

Dear All

I will be applying for EC in near future at VFS Bangalore.

My father has transferred 3 lacs to my account recently as I had only 1.5 lacs in my savings. For this, I plan to submit a gift deed along with our individual bank statements showing deduction and credit respectively;

Now coming to the EC form, at Q6.8 on page 6
6.8 Do you receive income from any other sources, including friends or family?
what should i mention here?
As the above mentioned is the only fund I have received from my father. On a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis I dont receive any income as such from friends or family.

and

6.11 WHo is paying for your trip?
Father or Myself?
since my father has transferred the amount to my account, should I mention Father will be paying for my trip?

suggest please...

~J~...For Q6.8, I guess it should be a NO..as this isnt really an income...

Q6.11: You can always mention it is self funded combined with you dad's support...
