Working on Tier 1 General Partner visa

Post by HelpThisPerson » Sun Mar 15, 2015 8:36 pm

Hello,
I understand that Tier 1 General Partner visa allowed the dependant to work in the UK and there was earlier a link as follows

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... g/#header1

which clearly stated that.
Now the UKBA seems to have redirected all the information to http://www.gov.uk but now the new webpages have no information about eligibility to work for the dependant of tier 1 general (or does it?). Please could you guide me to a place on the official government webpage that says it is allowed? I have spent ages sifting through the web pages but cannot find anything.
The employers will be convinced only when they see the information of a government website.
