Calling Parent to UK to meet grandchild

Hello,
I am a non-EEA national and having 5 years residence card, my wife is an EEA national and my son is a British national, we are living together in UK. I'm in UK for 6 months while my wife is here for more than 8 years. I got parents back home at Pakistan, my father is 65 years old and my mother is 62 years old. I want to call them both here to UK to meet their grandchild.
Can I bring my parents to UK? If yes, please advise the process and necessary documents. Thanks.

Yes on family visit to meet son, and newborn baby and also Daughter-in-Law.
