ILR-- earliest application date

Dear All,

Need help! Kindly could you please let me know what's the earliest date I can apply for ILR. My Tier1 ( General) visa is due to expire on 24th of June 2015 and date of initial endorsement was 24th June, 2010.

What date you enter/arrive in the UK?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. It was an in-country application and my application date was 29th of March 2010. Visa stamping date was 24th of June, 2010. Also, my stay outside UK is not more than 60 days in total ( across four different trips).

I look forward to your feedback on this.

28 days before 24th June 2015.

If that is 24/6 minus 28, then yes, but you can apply anytime WITHIN the 28 days before 24th June.
