If there is any one who got more then three years in extension because of new rules of immigration.

Hi,

I never heard of anyone getting more than 3 years. The current rule (page 6 of Tier-1(G) guidance notes) does indicate that you might get more than 3 years to make up total 5 years.

I'd suggest call HO to clarify.

I was wondering if they are actually giving anybody more then 3 years. It seem they are giving 3 years universally

universally and blindly giving 3 years.. Has anyone tried to make a case?
