success ILR 17th March tier 2 general

Post by natalisain » Tue Mar 17, 2015 8:03 pm

Hi all

Thank you all for your guidance in this process. This forum has helped me a lot in clarifying my doubts. I got my ILR on tier 2 general category approved today.

I have one question - I got all my original documents back except for the LITUK test certificate. They only returned the photocopy and kept the original. Is it the normal procedure or by mistake?

Thanks
Natalie

Thank you for the reply.

Can I call home office and ask them to send it back?

Hi

My husband is on Tier 2 general. Can he switch to ILR dependent visa using FLR(m)?

Thanks
Natalie

your husband can switch but it will reset his counter and he will have to spend 5 years from the date he changes to FLR(M)
