Does travelling cost given by NHS classified as benefits

Post by happy1982 » Wed Mar 18, 2015 10:42 am

Hi,

I am on tier 1 general and applying ILR next months insha Allah. I have a little question.
My wife is going through Hepatitis C treatment and she has to go to hospital 3 to 4 times in a week. Hospital staff said they will arrange her expenses to be paid from NHS. Will this be classified as public funds or benefits at all?
Regards,
Moto
