NEED URGENT HELP ON SURINDER SINGH ROUTE

hi all

i just joined this forum and its very helpful .let me cut my story very short and easy to understand i entered uk on a student visa
in 2012 and my college was closed and i over stayed later me and my british wife got married in 2013(religious marriage).and i put
a human rights application FLRO and was refused.by home office and i was detained in a removal center.later on i was removed from uk on a charter plan to pakistan in 2015 feb.with right of appeal outside the country and a written confirmation that my wife can sponser me later as she can not full fill the requirement so chapter close...

know my wife want to come to pakistan.and we want to go to ireland so she can excerise her eu treaty rights.but she dont have any job in ireland i have been told by some solicitors that its possible that both of us can enter ireland on the same flight as i know i need visa to enter ireland from pakistan

my question is is it possible?? for us to apply from pakistan EU SPOUSE JOINING VISA so i can enter ireland

I went through a professional because my case was complex like you too. I had a 10 year 320a from Ukba. are you married in Uk and where is your wife?

my wife is in uk planning to come to pakistan so we both can go to ireland..and also i was not deported from uk i was removed with
no restrictions or any stamp on my passport.and also the written confirmation that my wife can sponser me as she cant meet the requirements so we are trying going to ireland.

SORRY i forget to tell you that i got married in a religious ceremony(islamic way in a mosque) not register office in uk

That is good. Is she coming specifically for wedding? what is her nationality and if british has she got pakistani roots.. mines was british too. The reason I am asking these questions so I can help you according to your situation.

she dont have any pakistani roots as she is white british..and also is it important that we get married again in pakistan
to show the irish imigration that we are married ?
