pending Appeal and Tier 2

Hello Everybody.

Does anyone know that if someone have pending appeal and withdrawn appeal and appeal and apply Tier 2..

Can we do that?

100% you can.... I did aswell and got visa

Did you withdraw appeal first and the applied or withdrawn appeal after getting visa?

You need to withdraw ur appeal
But I applied within 28 days after refusel from upper tribunal
