Applied for Tier 4..Want to Apply for Tier 2...Need Help PLS

Hi All,

This is my first post in this forum. I have been following this forum for some time and there are many helpful people around.

My situation :
I have applied for Tier 4 Student Visa in October 2014, gave interview in January 2015, and have not received any decision from the UKBA yet. But, as I have graduated already from UK university and a company is willing to sponsor me for Tier 2 at the moment.

My questions:

1. I am wondering, should I wait for the UKBA to let me know about Tier 4 or apply now for Tier 2 ?

2. Since all my documents are with home office, can I apply using Same Day Service ?

Do not apply at a PEO. Apply by post to 'vary your application.' Write a covering letter saying that and quote your application number from your Tier 4 application if possible. Include the forms and required evidence for switching to Tier 2. Do this BEFORE your Tier 4 is decided, if possible as it will likely be a rejection if you are no longer planning to study. You will be expected to pay the difference between the two applications.
