Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone gives me an answer on this please -

currently I am planning to apply for a Tier-1 General extension, can I re-apply before 6th of April 2015 ? -

I applied for a Tier-1 extension visa, currently my case is pending at UT, if i withdraw my case from the court and reapply within 28 days of withdrawing my appeal, Shall I be eligible to reapply for another Tier-1 General extension before 6th of April 2015 please? Thanks
