Child benefit form,spouse under immimgration control

Hi,
I have a query please guide me.
I got ILR last year and my wife is on Tier1 dependent visa.
I have a baby (British by birth)and want to claim child benefit on my name.
How can i tell to HMRC that i want to claim child benefit on my name only As there is no question for it on the form?
They ask the detail for my wife.Do i need to give it?

The details under 'about you' are for the applicant. Thus if your details are there, you are the applicant. Partners details should be included.

In the "About Your partner section " there is question

Q-28 What is your partner's employment status.
Looking for work
Employed in UK
Self-Employed
Student
None of these-They have enough money to support their family.
My wife is housewife and she is on defendant visa.I select None of these option for above question what is meaning of "They have enough money to support their family".

In About you section
Q-15 Have you always lived in the UK?
I select NO.
Please advise about these two questions?

I did the online form and for Q28 it had the option of Other.

Online form is better as the questions adapt to the ongoing responses.

Oddly enough, Q33 was ommitted from the online form:

Is your partner entitled to Child Benefit now or are they waiting to hear if they can get Child Benefit

I've checked my answers and they're all correct, wonder why that was ommitted.

Any cause for concern?
