I have a ilr due on sep 2015. I applied for flr fp on feb 6 and it got refused today with appeal. I have to appeal within april 7 th. Can u guys plz tell me how to prolong for another 4 months. If my ftt gets rejected what shpuld i do... Plz guide me ... I am new to the forum.thx

You haven't given enough information on your case to enable anyone to advise you.

Sorry, I was on Tier 4 when my visa got curtialed in december I applied for FLR-FP in feb and I got a rejection today with right to appeal in two weeks.my 10 years are finished mid september.how long will the apeeal process take approximately and what would be my options after ftt decision.thank you again.i came to this country i sep 2005 and i was in tier 4 and psw

You still haven't given much information. For instance, under what grounds are you applying for FLR(FP)? Are you married or living with a partner? Do you have children?

I have applied flr fp on private life ten yr basis and my husband is dependent on me. I have no children

I have a urgent query . My deadline is april 7 th but is said no more 14 days from notice of decision it says . Notice of decision was made on 19th and was sent to me on march 24. Should i count From 19 th march or 24th of march.i clearly says deadline as april 7 . It quite confusing. Please clear this for me

Dont get confused. Follow the deadline. In which city u live in?

Shouldn't i worry about the calculated from 19 f march and i ahould stick to deadline given in it...april 7 th ...plz twll me
