adequate income until 5 Apr 13

If anyone knows what was considered as adequate income for living for a family with 1 child until 5 Apr 2013 for flr m application?
please inform me if someone knows .

I am asking about old rules probably called section 8 (don't know exact wording)
there was no need to show income threshold Of 18600.

Was there any requirement to show any maintenance ?

Valid until 5 Apr 2014.sorry I wrote 2013 in subject.

Does child and working tax credit child benefits housing benefit considered as a income? under transitional period chapter 8.

Flr m sec 7b says you must provide evidence that your partner is able to adequately maintain you and any dependent in uk without recourse to public funds.
does it means that ctc wtc chb hb can not be considered as income?

According to the guidance benefits can be included as income.

application form flr m 7 b says Sponsor should adequatly maintain you without recourse to public funds.


These are 2 contradicting points.

I am confused.

Please can you explain me .
