fees increase for ILR settlement

Hi all

Have seen the indicative fees increase list but no official word from the home office website.

Any idea when they might release the statement confirming the increase in the fees I

Will apply for ILR on 30th april,
Cannot believe that the fees increasing from 1093 to 1500 per person :

Fees will increase after 6th April 2015, If you are applying by post you would need to pay the new fees, However if you are applying in person at PEO you can book appoint before 6th of April and pay the old fees online.

My qualifying period would start from 30th april 2015 ( 28 days before - since I was issued the BRP on 27/5/2010). Is it possible to book appoint now so that I get appointment on or after 30th april and still pay the old fees?????? I
