Document list for SET(F)

Hi,

I am going to submit SET (F) form for applying ILR for my daughter. She is 3 years old and currently on Tier 1 General dependent visa. I am trying to find whether my document list is okay or should I need to add anything more.

1. SET (F) application form
2. Covering letter from myself
3. No consent letter from my wife (As she won't be coming to PEO appointment)
4. Passport/BRP card of both myself , my wife and my daughter's.
5. Bank statements 6 months
6. Letter from Employer confirming my permanent employment
7. Pay slip 6 months
8. Letter from GP confirming her registration.
9. Health Card
10. Bank statements confirming my mortgage as I haven't received mortgage deed document yet.
