FLR (FP) parent 10yr route English requirement

Does one need to prove English if they are applying for Parent 10 Year route or is it only for the 5 Year route? I'm applying for the parent 10 Year route . TIA

I dont think english requirement is needed as recently i applied for hubbys 10 yr partner route and solicitor told me english certificate is not required..even though my hubby had the b1 certificate from that year..we still sent it off as extra evidence as makes the case stronger.

For all immigration applications the law obliges a DM/the Court to consider English proficiency and financial maintenance. Even where there is no set requirement. These are known as public interest considerations.

Overstayed( Brazilian) single mother of a 6 years old Britsh born girl with a Portuguese Passport, which is the best route for us, do I need to prove English on a 5 to 10 year route as a parent, can I apply to remain based on my daughters Portuguese passport????
