Think it depends on the city as each city as a different processing time. Has anyone from Islamabad received their visas recently having submitted at around the time you submitted your documents? All we can do is just sit back and pray that we will receive ours too. There aint much point in stressing.

There was a person here who applied from islamabad on the 24th february and recieved his processed email on the 17th march .... I also applied frm isb on 9th march

I guess its just luck then isnt it. My wife applied from Khi on the 09/02/15 still not heard anything, waiting for the 2 months to pass to inquire again

Congrats to all that have got their visa. For everyone else we can only pray.

I applied in august and was rejected in December, for a stupid reason (they said wage slip was missing, and English result was missing both where there they are just blind and will make stupid excuses when they have met their yearly quota as many will have experienced.)

I appealed the decision and asked for a review at the start of January. Today i got a call from my solicitor saying that the court had tried to take the appeal fee from my bank but had been declined. So i made the payment over the phone. SO it has been 3 months and they are just starting to look at my case.

The lawyer also said he did a review. but he had no response

I would request everyone to pray for me and everyone else as well.

I will post a detailed checklist for anyone else to follow.

I will also put up the sanitized word documents I used as introduction letters.

Can anybody help.
When you get a email saying that your visa application is delayed due to further checks brig carried out, how long do you think it will take to get a answer?

And I'm getting worried that my case might get rejected. Is there anyone else in the same boat who's applications are delayed for further checks?

Hi enzo111 im not sure about the answer but just wanted to ask, did you ask for an update or did BHC automatically send you that email? and which city did you apply from?

Think someone else received a similar email like yours and then phone for an update a week later to be told that all checks have been carried out but a decision is pending by an ECO.

Hi akhan4747

That's shocking that they've made a blatant error whilst assessing your application. I could only imagine how you must have felt especially as the documents were provided! I hope you get a positive outcome soon and will make dua for you and everyone else who is waiting!

The ECO has 15 weeks to give a decision. However it can be given before that date. Recently on the forum a few people have heard back 8-10 weeks later. Each case is different. I think it depends on your refusal reason. Some people get their appeal processed quicker than others. People who apply on point based system can apply for an administrative review which then it is dealt with within 28 days but this doesn't apply to settlement applications.

InshAllah will wait for the letter till end of April, if I've still not heard anything will track it. If you don't mind whats the deadline date for your review? I want a rough estimate on how long they take for reviews. I understand every appeal case is different.
