invitation letter

Post by blueberry1986 » Thu Mar 26, 2015 7:30 pm

How long does it usually take for the invitation letter to arrive?
Does the home office send this or my local council?
many thanks,

HO sends it. It says ''CITIZENSHIP INVITATION'' on top. Then you will need to contact your council about a ceremony. Keep it safe and don't forget to take it with you on the day.

Mine was dated a day after an approval. It arrived five days later. My local council also sent me a letter after calling them but it might be different in your area.
