Many congratulations
I understand from your previous posts who anxious you were about the delay. I could never understand why it took it took so long for you, especially since the HO has stated on their website that they are processing 23th Aug applications.

Unfortunately, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to reside both in the UK and Canada permanently.
.... The choice is yours..
Good Luck

You are the main HSMP applicant - and it is you who will apply for ILR at the end of the extension periood - Your wife will be the depedant.....
.....she can stay for a further 3 years abd you can head off to Canada but ultimately you wont be able to get Legal Permanent residence in both countries

Hi Jaiswal/Mwazir,
could you please tell me which email address you used to write and Homeoffice responded on it.
I have filed my extension and send 2 email to incountry and outcountry, but so far no reply from them.
Thanks & Regards
Bashir
