Dear Experts Immigration Boards

I'm under Tier 2 General since June 2013. I have now recently changed my job. My new employer already allocated the COS and done with RLMT. I thought of applying Visa after Easter Holidays. Now I'm worried about the new rules going to affect me? Please suggest me experts do I really need to apply before April 6?

Please help me. I would appreciate if anybody help me in this.
