Need to call my parents on Tier 2 Visa

Hello,

I am currently on a 5 years Tier 2 visa.
I am not married and I intend to call my parents to live with me in UK for 5 years till the time my visa is valid.

I wanted to know if it is possible?

I do know I can call them on tourist visa for 6 months but in this option there is a limit of 6 months.

I look forward to hear from someone soon.
