Dear guys,
i am wonder ifany one can give me idea,what to do in this situation.
i have been in uk 9 years and 8 months and few days,as i have to wait one month and 21 days more.
my college is revoked and my visa is pending in home office.Do i have to wait for 60 days letter ,by the time it will be ten years than i can send indifinite leave to remain application,
can i send before 28 days or not.AS i m not sure because my application is pending,
in my case do i have to send new application to vary it.
please let me know.
