That's annoying ! If someone going to ILR from tier-4 student visa, how can they show earning of £18600 ? Does HO even know what's the current minimum pay in the UK !!! I guess have to start working full-time after the my course is complete
Last 6 months salary is sufficient.UK007 wrote:Thanks brother for reply, to prove the income requirements Payslip/job confirmation letter mentioning annual pay ok ? Hi Green 92green92 wrote:I received my docs on 27th march, the decision is dated 26 March. Still waiting for the BRP. Is anyone else in similar boat?
I am in same position. I don't think this is a problem. Perhaps it's a template thing.VFF wrote:Hi Friends
I have got the decision today and its Approved. Its a bit weird that the letter is just a general notes (not addressed to me) that says header "These notes are for information purpose only and do not convey the grant of ILR" and then below the header says you application for Indefinite leave to remain has been approved
There is one more letter which states that I am returning all your document that you submitted to support your application and wait for your BRP (this is addressed to me but doesn't confirm the approval). Could anyone who received approval recently confirm that this is what they got.

Congratulations! The whole thing took less than 6weeks -that's very impressive from HO. I presume your application is striaght forward. It would be helpful if you can share the summary of your immigration history. Thanks.

Hi SJ307,
My applicaiton is quite straigtforward. It is about 6.5 year Student Visa + 3.5 Year Tier 2 General.
I came to UK in 2004 and it is now 10+ years. Hope this is helpful to you.
I have also received my documenation this afternoon. Good luck to all you guys.
Thanks
