ILR application queries

Hi All,
Need help for an ILR application, i am in uk since 4th Aprtil 2010 on ICT Tier 2 visa and now eligible for an ILR.
I have below queries - please can you answer those?
1. If I am booking an appointment on 15 april and booking an appointment before 6th april what fees i need to pay for premium service?
2. DO i need fill latest version of SET (O) form or old version or form?
3. Do i need to provide all the 12 months bank statements of all the banks or only bank where salart gets credited?

The amount will automatically appear when you book online for PEO as full amount needs to be paid in advance.

2. DO i need fill latest version of SET (O) form or old version or form?
Yes please, always use the latest form available. However I would suggest complete both old and new and keep it handy. After all it is in person so u have more flexibility.

3. Do i need to provide all the 12 months bank statements of all the banks or only bank where salart gets credited?
Only statements where salary is credited. However, no harm to show funds in other accounts. It's always a plus.

All the best. I got my ILR yesterday and I went for PEO nd mine is HSBC too. And I'm in UK since 16 Apr 2010. So very much matches your situation. You could have gone for ILR before 05 Apr.

Hi Both,

I see above you have referred to a new version of SET O form. can you please confirm when have the new version been released; i would have thought if there would be a new one ideally would come after 6th april, 2015?

Apologies for confusion. As of now, the version is 10/2014 only. My response was in relation to 'if any new version was made available'.

There is a new version of SET(O) form is available 04/2015....
