FLR (M) Query

Post by m.asif » Thu Mar 26, 2015 9:19 pm

Hi All

I got ILR based on long residence in September 2014. I am going to apply spouse visa for my wife using FLR (M) form. I just want to clarify below points.

1. My wife is currently on Tier 1 (General) dependant visa due to expire in August 2015. I am applying to switch my wife’s visa after six months since I got my ILR. Would this cause any issue?

2. To meet financial requirement I am relying on my salary which is well above the minimum requirement of £18,600 per annum. My wife works part time but I am not including her details in section 7.3A. Is that be Ok?

3. My bank statement is showing salary coming in each month however I don’t have any savings so closing balance for my bank statements each month is low. Would it have any effect on application?

4. To prove my salary would pay slips and bank statements enough or I have to provide employer letter.

5. My wife passed Trinity college GESE Grade 5 test in Oct 2014. Would it be still valid?

I'll be thankful if someone can answer above questions.
