ILR Cover Letter and List of Docs

Post by krishna6693 » Wed Apr 01, 2015 11:59 am

Dear All

I had my ILR successful (Category: Tier 1 General Migrant) on 30 March 2015 (PEO at Solihull) along with 1 Dependant. I was out with good news of approvals in less than 2.5 hrs. and today i.e. 01 Apr 2015 - we received the BRP cards.

Firstly, many thanks again to this forum.

Attached are the Cover letter and List of Docs - if it could be of help to any of you guys.
The list of docs is exhaustive and may not be needed. But I submitted just in case (better than leaving them at home  )

For ILR and all previous applications, I had justified with evidence for anything and everything that I entered into the application (be it a minor detail like finger prints taken last time or Home Office Reference letters or even National Insurance cards). And attached post it notes on all the documents, bank statements where salary is reflected - as to facilitate the case worker to understand what doc it is - and to save them time searching.

Let me know if you need any further info.

Cheers
Krishna

Hi Krishna,

Thanks for the that. Did CW took all the above documents for considering your case as some of the docs seems irrelevant? Docs like
Main Applicant PAYE Coding Notice (2013 - 2016) and P800 Tax Calculation
Main Applicant Driving licence Paper counter part
Wedding Cards
Dependant Applicants Employment Contract

Agree they are irrelevant, and I am not sure if the CW reviewed them as I was asked to be in waiting area while my case was under consideration.

However, I don't think they have been looked into - I split the docs and placed them in separate folders e.g. Main imp. docs - which are very relevant to the application which are pay slips, bank statements, life in uk pass certificate. Another folder, Cohabitation docs - marriage certificate, joint bank statements, council tax bills, Education in separate folder, Additional docs in a separate folder (where I placed the PYAE, P800, employment offers, driving licence, etc - which are really not needed).

Thanks for asking the clarification, as others should not be confused with my list of docs.
