Ok to book premium service on day visa expires?

Ok to book premium service on day visa expires?

I was going to do the ILR (ancestry) application by post but have seen there will be a price rise, so thought I'd book the premium service instead but the earliest I can get is the day my visa expires, will that be a problem?
