please help me.51 days short for ten years

Hi,my college is revoked,and i have been in uk for nearly ten years only 50 days short,
please let me know what shall i do?
shall i wait for 60 days letter,as my application is still in home office.can i send application for ilr 28 days before or not.
please share your ideas.

wait for 60 days letter. u can apply set lr 28 days early from your first entry.

with your st lr application write a covering letter that u want to vary your tier 4 to set lr, Pay the full set lr fees and request them to refund your tier 4 visa. as know u want them to consider your set lr.

If u get 60 days letter before eligible for Long residence than apply set lr in normal way.
