PR application - New payment

I will be sending my PR application using the current form this Saturday 3rd April by next day to get to HO by Tuesday the 7th as the Monday is bank holiday. My question is as the new payment of £65 is coming into effect, on the 6th which is a bank holiday will there be any issues with my application?

The current form is still showing cost as £55 with no mention of any increase.
