Hello Guy!!!

Congratulation of who got their approval in this week and I got my BRP very next day of documents.

Sorry to bother you again. I want to send my 3 Kids application for naturalization tomorrow.
I am having problem in professional referee because it says that it should be teacher or doctor or anyone who is related to kids in professional way.
One of my friend is accountant and he is British citizen as well. Can he able to sign????

ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
ORIGINAL PASSPORT (2 KIDS HAVE PAKISTANI PASSPORT)
ORGINAL BRP (PREVIOUS TIER 1 GENERAL DEPENDANT VISA)

MY BRP COPY
ORIGINAL APPROVAL LETTER
ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
1 PICTURE STICK ON REFREE PAGE

I will wait for you answer guys!!!!!!!!!!!

If you withdraw appeal you are overstayer

Still you can make fresh ILR application in 28 days

But in case may Allah not and HO become naughty and refuse you then no right if appeal

So be careful

Best is soon after 1 April inform Tribunal and HO appeal officer that you finished 10 years and will maintain that you qualify for ILR

May be that HO withdraw appeal or judge in court tell HO to reconsider the case

My case was straight forward but it was well presented in my opinion. I created a folder and indexed all documents. I also scanned all stamps and all absences I. E entry and exit stamps were zoomed in and on one page
But my efforts were tiny and prayers were massive

Any help on this is apriciated.

I've applied for my ILR (SET(LR)) application a few weeks ago and waiting a decision.
As I understand I will need to apply to change my dependants visa from Tier2 Dep to FLR(FP).
My question is can I apply by post for the FLR(FP) before a decision is made (and before 6th of April). I can then send a copy of my biometric when I receive it. This is to avoid the increase in fees and the new £200/year NHS fees. I have two dependants, so the cost will mount.
My application is pretty straight forward, Student(6Y), PSW(2Y), then Tier 2(2Y) and from the looks of it people are receiving approvals pretty quickly.

Also please add my timeline to the spread sheet:

Application sent: 09/03/2015
Money Taken from account: 12/03/2015
Acknowledgement received: by email 23/03/2015 by post
Biometric letter received: 26/03/2015
Biometric recorded: 27/03/2015
Approval date: Waiting
Docs received: Waiting
BRP: Waiting

Thanks

And write a cover letter along with flr fp application to put it on hold until they decide your set lr applications.

If u r on tier 2 previously cant u fullfill the 22400 pound financial requirement ?

Thanks Zee ali,
I have no problem with the 22400. Though I am not sure why u asked that.
I was reading the homeoffice website and am a bit confused on which form I should submit FLR (M) or FLR (FP)?

All,

We do see a major change in how long it takes the Home Office to process the ILR (10yrs) applications. Appreciably, each application is unique and the straight forward applications are processed quickly and it takes longer for complicated cases.

However, what we are seeing in recent time is that most of the applicants got thier decision in less than 8 weeks, even shorter time in some cases. But the question I have is, is this normal that HO takes less time to process in Jan/Feb/March time? or this is a reflection of HO has become very efficient in processing the ILR applications?

Can someone answer my question please. Thanks.

One question guys.
Should removed CcJs (which were paid within a month, and do not appear on file) also be mentioned on application form?

Hello Guys...Urgent Help Needed.

How long does a PBS dependent Visa holder have to switch, if main applicant get ILR ? For Example, Tier 1 Dependent Visa Expires 31/08/2016, Main Applicant gets ILR on 30/04/2015. Now dependent still has Tier 1 Dependent Visa still valid, but main applicant has got an ILR, so my question, how long does the dependent have to apply for Settled person dependent ? Can He/She wait till visa expiry or do they need to apply immediately.. if so , what is acceptable time period ?

Thanks
