UK to Dublin with an FLR Application

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this.

I have an FLR case with my fiancé who is a non eu national. We want to go to Dublin in May. Can we go on the basis of the application? I am a British citizen.

FLR under UK immigration rules havd no bearing on the entry requirements for Rep of Ireland which is not part of the UK. If your fiance doesnt have her passport, she won't be able to leave the UK, as her application appears to be with home office based on what you say.

You have posted about travelling to Belfast too. It would be helpful not to open new threads as it creates confusion.
