extension date of issue : 05-04-2013 expiry till 19-04-2016.

1) I am eliglible for ILR ??(holidays might be 1 or 2 months in every yr max didnt count , as it says not more than 180 days in any year ) is there any holiday limit in overall span of 5 years?
2) is it necessary to have 5 yrs employment ??(or just last 12 months )
3) is there any maintenance requirement?
4) if there is CCJ on my credit history , which happened due to id fraud back in 2010 , will it effect my ILR, i never declared in any of my previous applications , i didnt knew about it till last year ?

sorry to ask all at once , but i might still have questions , please help .

Senior members, please respond.

1. The earliest one can apply for Indefinite Leave To Remain under Tier 1General would be 28 days before completing 5 years. When did you enter UK?
2. Not all of us would possibly have 5 years of continuous employment.. don’t worry, its only 12 months within the last 15 months.
3. No, but will be good to have some funds.
4. I don’t think it is an issue; when you are very clear that it is due to ID theft and you even reported to police. But please disclose this info with your application.
5. I guess your initial date of application was after 19July2010.
Then you should have 80 points.

English and Maintenance 20 points (10 + 10) do not count towards total points. The 80 points should come from Attributes.

I guess your points are as follows?
Age 20
Qualification 35
UK Experience 5
How much is it from Earnings (15 or 20)? Please make the calculation based on below.

£30,000-£34,999.99 - 15 points
£35,000-£39,999.99 - 20 points

No. You should not be out of UK for more than 180 days in total during the 5 years.

No more than 180 whole days absence are allowed in any of the five, four, three or two consecutive 12 month periods, depending on the category, preceding the date of the application for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).

The above statement applies to Tier 1 General.

This is incorrect advice. It is 180 days max per 12 month cycle.

Agreed, what I said is incorrect and have corrected myself in the remaining posts. Missed this one.
You are correct.
