Important: Expected changes to Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route

Dear Members,

For those who are still planning to apply for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), it is strongly advised that you do it ASAP.

The government has issued a commission to request the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to review the entrepreneur routes with a view to ensuring that the potential economic benefit of the routes are maximised. It is expected that this route might either be closed or substantially amended as of July this year.

Wonder if this will impact extension applications as well. There is so much uncertainty regarding this route, which makes it hard to focus fully on the business.
