Removing MMDDYYYY - Form AN

Post by Loughborough » Sat Apr 04, 2015 6:36 pm

Hi Guys

Any idea how to get rid of MMDDYYYY thing from the Form AN dated March 2015?

I took the print out then put white fluid on this and then photocopied the whole form but it was a tedious job and they keep making changes in the AN form which is not helpful.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers
Lboro

There is no need to remove it, just write over it. Not a good idea to use white out on an official form!

Download the free version of PDF-Xchange Editor or Adobe reader and use the typewriter function to type in your details.

Is that acceptable?
My idea was to write in black ink block capitals, instead of typing? Please guide.

I don't see any problems with typing. It makes any errors easier to correct.

Note that dates are in dd-mm-yyyy format and not mm-dd-yyyy.
