Hi guys,
Went to the gnib office to get my husbands card. Please be prepared to wait as someone else earlier said. We went on weds got there about 8.30, by 9.30am they said the ticket had finished.
So we went back today prepared, we got there at 6am and ended up with no72. And then the wait started, eventually about 11 my husband was called, the officer checked our docs n told him he will be called for finger printing. The man was really pleasant I must say. We waited about an hour and half for him to be called. After that we had to wait another hour to get back his passport and gnib card.
I decided better get the re entry visa while we were there, so I took a ticket for that and we got it free for duration of his stamp 4.
We finished everything at exactly 1pm, so it took about 5 hours from when the office opened at 8am.
It was a good experience, I was prepared for the worst but it wasn't bad. Maybe we were just lucky the staffs were having a good day
Will send some more payslip to them this week and hopefully 5yrs will be given before 6months.
