Hi friends,
I need some help abt my friend, my friend over stay
in UK, my friend come to UK in 2009 in family visit
But he over stay in UK over 6 years now he try to make
asylum in ireland, is any possibility for my friend.
Plz help me.

Why cant your friend go back to home country?

What is the basis for friends asylum claim?

How will he get to Ireland if he is in th UK with no right of residence?

my friend from Pakistan, ha face some problems
from some group.
In 2008 he already make migration from their District
and he have IDP registration means UN refugees
registration and ..............

thanks for all my friends for giving to me good
response regarding my friend case

At the arrival time n UK he was good running
business in Pakistan and he try to go back
to Pakistan ASAP but no success because of
the law and order problem.
So if someone have knowledge abt some good
organisations which dealing in immigration and
asylum in ireland plz help my friend and given
to me some details.

I am coming on a student visa to study in Ireland without wife and kid as they cannot accompany me.

how and where do i claim for Asylum on arrival in the Ireland?

once arrived in Ireland how may days, week or months i have to claim asylum?

Or wait for my wife and children to arrive on visit visa to Ireland?

How your friend gonna get Ireland? Has he got Ireland visa? and are you sure that he didn't claim asylum in UK?

There isnt any problem in pakistan so one can claim asylum, when someone say he has a problem with a group it makes me laugh, please people stop this.
