Permanent job offer but no sponsorship

Hi,

My employer lost their Tier-2 license due to HR not following some rules. It has nothing to do with me, I have seen the letter but ironically I am the only one suffering as all others on Tier-2 already got ILRs.

Now I have 60 days to find a job with sponsorship or leave UK.

I have found a job, permanent, but they don't have sponsorship license.

What are my options if any?

you are not eligible for a new T2 leave that would allow you to work without being sponsored (unless you switch to becoming a PBS dependant).

Is there no chance of your employer getting back their licence?

They have filed a judicial review but even if they get it back it won't happen in the 60 days I have.

So probably I pay the price for somebody else's carelessness not fair.

you mentioned you have found a permanent job, but employer does not have license.
Employer can apply for license and RLMT in parallel for 28 days to safe some time. Once they get the license, they can assign the CoS and based on that, you can apply for Tier 2. Usually, it takes 2 to 3 months for getting the license, but I have seen employer use to get within 2 to 3 weeks, if all documents are proper and submitted.

1. They are not too keen on it.
2. If it doesn't take 2-3 weeks and takes 2-3 months, what happens after my 60 days are over? My continuous residency breaks, doesn't it? and what if they even get it eventually but my 60 days are over, what happens then? Am I legally allowed to use that CoS?

Is it possible for me to apply for a September session graduate course and apply for TIER-4 visa end May? would that work? I mean,

1. Is it possible to apply that early?
2. Will my stay be legal if I submit the application within the 60 days?
3. Is it even possible to apply for Tier-4 coming from Tier-2 being in-country?
