Am i eligible to apply IRL on basis of 10 years ?

During my stay in the uk i was on tier 4 visa and at the same time my tier 1 Entrepreneur JR was going on in high court.
Ukba raided at my uncle's shop,they cancelled my tier 4 visa and detained me because i wasn't allowed to work that time.
Then they gave me temporary release bcoz of my pending JR of tier 1 entrepreneur.After that during my temporary release HO withdraw their decision and they issued me Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.

Is there any problem for me to apply ILR on basis of 10 years ? bcoz of that visa cancellation issue?
