Qualifying period from visa date

Post by Ivan Vodka » Wed Apr 08, 2015 6:52 pm

Hi guys,

I have booked a PEO appointment for mid-May.
My case is simple.
T1G visa issued on 07 June 2010.
Entered the UK on 20 June 2010 (just 13 days).
Current visa expires in 2017 (did an extension recently).

I am applying counting my qualifying period from the visa issue date.
The thing which worries me is a possible objection from the case worker that I can easily wait 13 more days to start my qualifying period from the entry date because I have plenty of time until my visa expires.
Do I need to worry?
Do I need to relax?

Any advice or personal experience is highly appreciated.

I have read a lot of recent "ILR success" topics where people explain where they parked their cars and how many minutes they spent on each step in PEO. Regrettably, there is no information about visa start/expiry dates.
