Hi

Tier 1 Extension got in UK -02Jul2012 -27Jul2015

My wife got Tier 1 Dependent-Aug2011 and came to UK on Sep2011
She got the Tier 1 extension in UK -02JUL2012 -27Jul2015

My wife went to India for Maternity 29Nov2012 and back to UK on Sep2013.

From Sep2013 she is living in UK ,I am planning to apply the ILR for myself and my wife on Jul2015.
My wife was in India nearly 9 months and "is she fine to get the ILR?

Thanks in advance

Yes looks like her visa validity was continuous I don't see any problem applying for her. All the best.

Cheers,
