Guidance for applying visiting visa for Down syndrome sister

Dear Immigration board members,

I am planning to bring my sister to UK from India. She is Down syndrome and is 19 years old. She will not be accompanied by her parents as I will be accompanying her. She will be in this country for 3 months and the go back to her parents. Please can someone advice me on how the application can be made and supported.

Hi were you able to procure the visa for your sister. I am also in a situation where my company is sending me to the UK on a work permit for 2 years and my sister is a down syndrome and is dependent on me. I am her legal gaurdian. My parents passed away so there is no one to look after her. Is there any option for me to get her along with me to the UK?
