I wanted to update everyone about my wifes appeal. The reason the ECM decided to take it to appeal, is, (The applicants original application was refused, due to the sponsors details were not showing with HMRC. Upon the appeal, the appalent has provided letters from HMRC proving, employment, However, the letters from HMRC do not show the sponsors exact annual income)

Now how stupid is that reason? From what i know HMRC would never state in a letter how much you have earnt. That is what a P60 is for? RIGHT?

Anywho, i was thinking of reapplying, but have seen something on my statements which is worrying to me. I see that my pay came in last month, and the following day it bounced back. should i reapply? or wait again?
You should sort out your pay issue and then reapply, HMRC can show in a letter your earning if it was asked. Personally i beleive appealing is a more stressful procedure than putting in a fresh application.
May Allah swt make it easy for us all

Need some help. im thinking of applying under cash savings. if i am solely relying on cash savings then i need 62.5k. my question is for the past 6 months i have had this balance apart from one month when it went to 60k for a month and the following month it went back above 62.5k. will this matter?

November 2014 65k
December 2014 70k
January 2015 60k
February 2015 63k
March 2015 68k
April 2015 72k

Will the one month where it went down affect or will that affect it or will they look and see what balance was 6 months ago from date of app. I am thinking of applying this month thereofe 6 months ago is nov 14 which had 65k
Thanks

Has to be 62.5k plus for full six months.
Do you have a job? If yes then you have a strong application.

With PAYE system your employer should update tax every wage slip.
Ring HMRC and get a PAYE coding or Tax code letter. This confirms employment is registered with them for next time. Also you will get p60 by the end of April. P60 might be good evidence if they look at it that they made mistake on appeal.

If you were paid into your bank account and shows in statement and you paid full tax for 1 year then you can use it.

There is a way that you pay yourself a wage from the company. I don't know how it works exactly. You need pay tax with PAYE and make a wage slip. It might be complicated. Find out from a immigration solicitor.

Look into it. Directors can pay them self a salary from the company and if its regular for 6 months you can apply with it.
Go on to HMRC web site and read on it.

Did you hire a solicitor for your first application or did you handle it yourself? What about for this new application?

2.5 years.

Are you hiring a solicitor or doing the paperwork yourself?

Hi guys, im new here.

I'd really appreciate some help in this department as im obviously new to this.

Basically, i got married in december to my husband. Im in birmingham and he's in pakistan right now. Regarding doing the form online, will i be able to fill it out online here and submit it. Then what happens? Do i have to make an appointment for him in islamabad to go and submit all the supporting docs? Or does he have to fill out the form online and make the appointment himself? And about payment, do i pay here online or does he pay over there?

Id be so grateful for a response. Thanks!

Hi you can either complete it here or there. There isn't a right or wrong for that.

I got of my paper work ready and well I think it was easier for us that I completed the form. Then paper work here printed off sent it to him. paid and luckily there was a family member who took the bundle of paper for me otherwise would have had to post it. I made the appointment for him here also you get the list of available dates. By here mean UK

Good luck!

Mine will be 8 weeks this Wednesday and it will be 3 weeks since I got the delayed for further inquires email.
Auntysally have you checked your inbox o. Emails to see if they sent you a delayed for further enquires email?
I'd say you rather email them than just getting this worried, it's better to get the doubts out of your head
