Tier 2 - Dependant Visa Guide

Hi All,

I am on Tier 2 visa for 4th year now. I have recently extended my visa for next 2 year. I have got married and my wife who is non-EU citizen requires visa for entry in UK. I am trying to find the procedure/method for visa application for her but I am unable to get anything significantly useful on this new www.gov.uk site. Previous website was very useful and familiar to me. Anyway, I have gone through the Point Based System (Dependant) Policy Guidance but I am unable to grasp full procedure. Can anyone please help me find the right place for the guidance.

There's no mention of English Language requirements. Do we need to take some Test for that?

No. I don't see any English language requirements in 319C.
