What if we miss any point on the HSMP Form.
In earning section I have filled all the details just forgot to write the amount u earned ....
How can I deal with this situation.. ?
PLease looking forward for the suggestions.

You can always email or Fax this, as soon as you get the reference number. This is not something to worry much about.

Thanks a lot. Actually today the form is delivered to HO. So i m thinking to talk to HO today itself . Lets see what happens....
but r u sure this is not much to worry about it.
I have written everything on that page.... points also i claimed also i have submitted excel shit for the 12 month gross salary with month and total.

Yes.. As far as my experience goes, they accomodate such request easily. Best is send a mail to them first explaining your situation. You will get response within 2-3 days.

Today I called HO and explaned them my problem.
They also said the same. Just told us to fax request letter them as soon as I get my ref. no
