Dear Friends,
Please help me getting over this dilemma as i got NCS appointment soon (on 14th April).
I am applying for Naturalization on basis of 5+1 (ILR) criteria. Finished my 12 months on ILR on 04/04/2015.
While going through the Booklet AN i came accross the conviction section which says " Driving while uninsured or having a disqualification wont be disregarded if though its outside of 12 months period", which got me worried as i got:
1) TT99 Offence (disqualification for 6 months for totting up points) on 28-04-2010
2) TS40 Offence (3 points) on 15-12-2008
3) IN14 Offence on (6 points, letting other people drive uninsured) 04-06-2008
I mentioned all my above conviction in previous applications but never had issues getting Ties 1 extension or ILR.
So, my query is:
1) My last conviction was around 4.5 years back but it was disqualification so is it worth taking a gamble of around £1000 bucks?
2) Or shall i just let go £65 NCS fees and wait for more time, but how long?
Please suggest if anyone was in same situation. Will be great help.
God Bless
