april 2015 new salary index

Hi all:
I ve just reviewed the 2015 new tier 2 salary index and found that the minimum requirement for my job (soc code 2129 project engineer) has been increased to 32000 for 39 hrs.
My current salary is 30000 for 37.5 hrs which means its below the requirement:
32000×37.5/39=30769
I ve got recently a bonus of 2200 but this is not guaranteed.
The question is can I ask HR to add this bonus when they issue my COS?
I ve to extend my tier 2 visa next sept

If they add it in the COS as guaranteed bonus then you will be fine.The company then has to pay you this annually.

What law will require them to pay it annually. What happens if they put it as guaranteed bonus and then next year I dont get any bonus ?

if UKBA does an audit they will cancel sponsor license as they have not paid you according to salary and allowances mentioned in COS.
