British Citizenship of Spouse (3 or 5 year rule)

Post by sancsan » Tue Apr 14, 2015 9:22 pm

Hi,

I've became British Citizen last year and needs to apply citizenship for my wife now. She has been here more than 5 years now.
Do I need to apply based on 3 or 5 year rules ?

Thanks

As long as she already has ILR she can apply under the 3 year rule.
(Casa, not CR001)
