EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

Hello Every one,

I am going to apply next week for PR as a non- eea family member. In past I had very bad experience with HO. I hope this time there will be no complication. I know they take long time so I am prepared to wait until October. If it comes earlier then well done to HO otherwise I am ready. I will post my timelines and documents list once I sent the application.

I made my PR (EEA4) application on 02/03/15.
Received application confirmation on 09/03/15
Received COA on 16/03/15

What is next? do they call for biometrics (I had my biometrics done in 2008 when i was on student Visa will they need it again)?

Hi guys .....Yes I have an updated..

On Saturday morning while we were both away ( me and my husband) three !!!! HO officers turn up to my house. Our flat mate was at the house so he opened.

They were looking to speak to me...

My flat mate said I am at work and they asked his permission to walk inside and asked him few questions.
Who lives here what is my husband name how long he knows me for and couple of more ...but all about me nothing about my hubby. They were there only for like 5 min and gone. They asked him also when is the best time to come back in order to get me at home.

I am very worried now as our flat mate is a good looking guy ( he is my best friend he is gay but you can not tell it straight away) There was a picture of me and my friend in our living room and they saw it and I am affraid that they might think we are A COUPLE ...

Very stressed now ....Not sure if they are coming back or not...

Yes they saw the picture as they asked if it was me on the picture? My friend said yes it was our trip to Berlin last year. There was a picture from self photo machine ... like a long one black and white with for photos on on but on the last picture he s kissing me in a cheek... so I m worried now...

They did not go around the house or looked at our rooms which I would prefer them to ...as they would be obvious that my flat mate is gay ...not my boyfriend...

I think you should give them a call and asked them about the procces of your case , if something went wrong on theirs visit on saturday, they will tell you. Please keep us posted.

No news so far... after home officers visit this Saturday... I called and left my mobile number in their office twice and was told it will be passed to the officers. No calls so far..

stressed as someone only can be stressed. Are they coming back ? are they no... no one can tell.
Have no nails to bit anymore...all eaten

I think as my application was 5.5 month now I should hear something within few weeks ...

Hello Guys!!!!!!
+++++ONLY MOST SENIOR MEMBER+++++

I am Non EEA family member of EU national and holding Residence Card since 1 year and married since 3 years with EU national.

Question:

We were applied for EEA1 and EEA2 after marriage but both were refused due to company was dissolved and we didn't inform HO,We appealed but couldn't provide payslips at hearing judge dismissed our appeals.

My EU spouse applied in-person at croydon she got her EEA1 and then I applied for EEA2 received within a month.

After marriage starting 6 months employment we can not prove at the time of EEA4.

Do we need wait 6 months more when 5 years of marriage completed or we can apply for EEA3 and EEA4 on behalf of marriage ?



Please we need help from senior of knowledge able member's reply..
